How our prices are sourced

Prices on this site are indicative ranges taken from partner-hospital quotes. Only one range is published today — kidney transplant in Pakistan — because it is the only one verified against written hospital quotes (1 November 2026). Every case is quoted individually, in writing, by the treating hospital before you travel.

01

The principle

A price range appears on this site only when it is verified against written quotes from a partner hospital. We do not copy prices from other websites, and we do not publish “starting from” figures with no ceiling. If a treatment has no verified range, we say so — and quote your case individually instead.

Every price on this site is indicative. Your exact estimate is confirmed in writing with the treating hospital before travel, and that written estimate is the final figure.

02

The one verified range: kidney transplant in Pakistan

Kidney transplant in Pakistan: $15,000–$16,000 for the surgical package, plus about $2,000–$3,000 for pre-transplant workup, stay and medicines. Indicative, verified 1 November 2026. Source: partner hospital quotes.

Your exact estimate depends on the hospital, the case, and the treatment plan — and it is confirmed in writing with the treating hospital before travel. Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital. Travel and accommodation are planned separately and are not part of the hospital's medical estimate.

03

Why prices vary

  • The hospital. Different hospitals price the same procedure differently — facilities, team, and included services all differ.
  • The case. Dialysis history, blood group, donor compatibility and current medical condition all shape the plan and the price.
  • The treatment plan. A plan can change after the hospital reviews your records — and if it changes, you approve the change first.
  • The stay. Length of stay, medicines and follow-up needs vary by patient.

04

What a written estimate covers

Before you travel, the treating hospital confirms a written treatment plan and a written cost estimate for your case. That estimate is the figure you plan around — not a range on a website. Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital, and the hospital's written estimate is the final figure for the medical side of your case.

05

Everything else: quoted per case

Cancer care in China, IVF in Turkey, health screening in Korea, knee treatment in Thailand, and every other procedure on this site are quoted per case. We publish no price band for them, because no verified range exists for them today. Each case is quoted individually in writing, after the hospital reviews your records — that is the only honest number we can give you.

06

How to get your exact quote

Share your medical records and reports with us. The hospital reviews the case and confirms whether it can proceed, with a written plan. You receive the hospital's preliminary plan and written estimate before travelling. If the hospital changes the plan, you approve the change first. The first records review and hospital matching are free — any coordination fee for a confirmed trip is agreed with you in writing before you travel.

07

What we do not publish

  • No price band without a written hospital quote behind it.
  • No “starting from” figure with no ceiling.
  • No prices copied from other websites or from other facilitators.
  • No range for a hospital that has not given us written pricing.
Important — please read. Archon Healthcare is a medical travel facilitator, not a medical provider. Treatment decisions, diagnoses, and clinical responsibility rest entirely with the treating hospital and its doctors. Cost figures on this page are indicative only, verified 1 November 2026, and your written estimate from the hospital is the final figure.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why is only one price range published?

Because kidney transplant in Pakistan is the only range verified against written partner-hospital quotes (1 November 2026). We publish a range only when it is verified — for every other treatment, your case is quoted individually in writing.

Will my price match the published range?

The range is indicative. Your exact estimate is confirmed in writing with the treating hospital before travel, and it depends on the hospital, the case, and the treatment plan.

What do the “extras” cover?

For kidney transplant in Pakistan, about $2,000–$3,000 covers pre-transplant workup, stay and medicines (indicative, verified 1 November 2026). Your written estimate itemises what is included for your case.

Who do I pay?

Medical fees are paid directly to the treating hospital. Archon does not take payment for treatment. For Zhujiang Hospital, a transparent service fee applies to non-medical services only — disclosed upfront and agreed in writing.

Do prices change?

Yes — hospital quotes can change, which is why every figure on this site is dated. The written estimate for your case is the final figure, and if the hospital changes the plan, you approve the change first.
