Every case is hospital-direct: your contract for treatment is with the hospital, not with us and not with any agent. We coordinate case review, documentation, medical visa support, travel and on-ground help, and every case gets a hospital-confirmed treatment plan and cost estimate in writing before any booking. Costs on this site are indicative bands from October 2026; the hospital's written estimate for your case is the final figure. Family-donor rules are non-negotiable wherever transplants are involved — we handle family-donor cases exclusively and never arrange unrelated donors.
