Archon coordinates; the hospital treats and bills. Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital, and every case gets a hospital-confirmed plan and cost estimate in writing before any booking. We match cases honestly — including when staying home is the better call — and we never arrange unrelated donors: transplants are family-donor only, after evaluation-committee approval and documented proof of relationship.
