Who he is
Md. Kazi Afnan Ibne Alam Shams is the Founder of Archon Healthcare. Archon Healthcare is the operating brand of Archon Care, a sole proprietorship based in Dhaka, Bangladesh (trade licence TRAD/DNCC/023445/2026, FY 2026–2027).
He is an entrepreneur working across contracting, procurement, technology, consulting and digital services. He also founded Archon Strategic Works, a Bangladesh government contractor, and DigiGo Studio, a digital products and web development studio.
What he built
Archon Healthcare is a Dhaka-based medical travel facilitator. It helps Bangladeshi patients reach partner hospitals abroad — hospital-direct, with the treatment contract and billing staying directly with the hospital. The work covers five countries: Thailand, Turkey, China, South Korea and Pakistan.
Archon Healthcare arranges treatment planning, hospital coordination, visa documentation help, travel and accommodation. It is a facilitator, not a hospital: it does not give medical advice, make diagnoses, or decide treatment. Treatment decisions, diagnoses and clinical responsibility rest entirely with the treating hospital and its doctors.
The family-donor rule
Kidney transplant is Archon Healthcare's first lane, in Pakistan. Archon Healthcare works with family donors only, in line with the law — transplants with family donors only, after evaluation-committee approval and documented proof of relationship. Archon Healthcare never sources or arranges donors, and never handles unrelated-donor cases.
