What this site collects

This is a static website. It uses Google Analytics (GA4) to count visits and to show which pages are useful. Analytics never contains patient names, diagnoses, or sensitive health details — and neither do the page addresses (URLs) on this site.

What you choose to send us

Beyond analytics, we receive only what you decide to send: a message on WhatsApp or by email, or the details you enter in the partner application form — such as your name, contact details, and the treatment or partnership you are asking about, plus anything you choose to attach or share.

The partner application form

The application form on our partner page builds your application text in your own browser. Tapping WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with that text ready to send; tapping email opens your email app addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp or your email app.

How we use what you send

We use it to reply to your enquiry and to coordinate with the hospital involved in your enquiry — only what is needed for that enquiry.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it beyond the hospital involved in your enquiry.
• We do not put patient names, diagnoses, or sensitive health details into analytics or page addresses.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your enquiry messages, by emailing archonhcbd@gmail.com.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
